Eid-L-Fitri: FG Declares Friday And Monday As Public Holiday

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Friday and Monday (1st and 3rd, September, 2017) as public holidays to commemorate this year Eidl Fitri Festival. This will enable the muslims to enjoy the festival.
To this end, we congratulate the muslim ummah on the occasion of this year celebration while we enjoin them to observe moderation as prescribed by Allah.
May Allah provide for our needs and shower His numerous blessings upon us, Ameen.

HADITH ON INTENTIONS

Umar bin Al-Kattab(May Allah be pleased with him) said: "I heard Alla's messanger (SAW) saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended.
